CLIFFORD Neal Prescott

Mr. Prescott has over fifty years of experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities from exploration, drilling and production to offshore, Arctic, subsea and deepwater project developments with numerous international assignments.  He has over ten patents in the offshore and deepwater industry and has 80 technical publications and presentations since 2004.  On-site project assignments have been in the Philippines, Vietnam, Alaska, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, the North Sea, England, Canada, the Gulf of Mexico and the United States.  He has also been involved with projects in all major industry centers through-out the world.

Mr. Prescott holds and BSCE engineering degree from the University of Texas in Austin and an Executive MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas.  He has studied Advanced Structures at Colorado State University and Reservoir Engineering at the University of Houston, He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, The Marine Technology Society and the Society for Underwater Technology.

Stephen Shatto

Ms. Lewis has over 30 years in the Oil and Gas Industry working for operators as well as engineering companies.  She studied Human Resource Management at Villanova University.  Victoria is a multi-faceted, results-driven Human Resource and Administration professional with 13+ years of experience leading staff development, legal compliance, and process improvement efforts to promote business growth and optimization of revenue.

Mr. Payne has over thirty-eight years of Onshore/Offshore design and engineering experience in the following industries: Engineering and Construction, Environmental Consultants and Construction, and Oil Field Design & Fabrication.  His background is multi-discipline ranging from Civil/Structural/Piping/Pipeline/Naval Architecture using metric, engineering, architectural and navigational units of measurements to Mechanical drawings utilizing geometric tolerance; design experience includes both office and construction site environments.; Familiar with industry standards and codes (ANSI, MMS, OSHA, DNV, ASME). Able to assist in the development of project specific CTRs and Basis of Design, working knowledge of typical project QA/QC requirements and self sufficient when required automate redundant design procedures needed to generate department deliverables. Fabrication and Construction Management experience.
