Ensign Oil and Gas LLC announces the addition of a new Group within Ensign Oil and Gas LLC. This is the Ensign Equipment Supply Team.
Ensign Equipment Supply Team brings together a unique group of experienced professionals to provide a bridge between Oilfield Equipment Suppliers and End Users such as Oilfield Drilling Contractors, Oil & Gas Companies and Government Entities.
Our purpose is to provide Contracts and Procurement services to Companies in the Oil and Gas Industry that require identification, location and procurement of standard and specialized equipment and materials for their developments. With individuals engaged in the oil & gas business for between 30 to 50 years, the Team is familiar with all aspects of the sourcing and supply chain.
With Alliance Partners and Advisors in various sectors in the industry, Ensign Equipment Supply Team is able to tap into the expertise and knowledge that is available. This provides a consistent support for Clients seeking Procurement and Contracting Services.

Ensign Oil and Gas LLC has added a New Alliance Partner, Wavecrest Inc., located in Katy, Texas.
Wavecrest Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and holds IS0-9001 ANBA and UKAS for verification and Validation for Third Party Marine Inspection services, Vendor Surveillance for Pre BSEE and USCG Regulatory Compliance to CFR’s, Verification and Validation on Marine Equipment to API or Class standards. Wavecrest Inc. are a group of about sixty plus Individuals chosen for their integrity, knowledge and organizational skills. Wavecrest Inc. supply qualified inspectors and site representatives to all the Classification Societies as Independent Verification third party Surveyors.

optimized fresh start ARCTIC PORT CONCEPT for prudent development
Ensign Oil and Gas LLC is developing it's concept design for an Offshore Ice Port for Arctic locations in Alaska that require an offshore port presence as more State and Federal authorities are beginning to look into the strategic advantages of such as concept. This concept is an optimization of the Ensign Oil and Gas proprietary configuration focused on exporting land-locked natural gas in the form of LNG for Northern Alaska and Canada geographical areas. This concept is an economical alternative to massive development projects that require long distance pipelines to move natural gas to Southern ports or pipeline infrastructures. It does not complete with these large capital projects as it only uses excess gas as an export alternative to develop export revenues. It is a Fresh Start approach to Prudent Development of the Arctic Resources.
This new port complex is sized to accommodate not only LNG and Crude Oil Exports, but also be used as a strategic port for the Navy and Coast Guard as well as an outpost for Environmental Research.

P&I Energy LLC has developed a concept for Undersea Energy Harvesting from Benthic Gas Seeps and Hydrates.
P&I Energy LLC is proposing their Sea Spark proprietary system to convert methane gas seeps into electrical power.

New patent Awarded
The United States Patent Office has awarded a US Patent 10,060,220 B2 to Prescott et al on August 28, 2018 for a unique innovation entitled "Subsea Protection System". Clifford Neal Prescott, P&I Energy LLC Chairman and CEO is the co-inventor and originator of the concept of a subsea protection structure, which is a subsea wellbore protection (SWP) system. The SWP system includes a wellbore penetrating a subterranean formation beneath a sea floor and a SWP structure positioned below grade with respect to the sea floor.
The SWP structure comprises a caisson that encloses a first wellbore equipment component. The first wellbore equipment component is in fluid communication with the wellbore. P&I Energy LLC intends to bring similar types of innovation in production to it's projects thereby enhancing cost savings and protection of the environment. Mr. Prescott has several more patented applications for the oil field.

Clifford Neal Prescott, Ensign Oil and Gas LLC President and CEO is the co-inventor with Dr. Jianfeng (Jeff) Zhang, who is a technical adviser and an alliance partner with Ensign Oil and Gas LLC with his company, Clearview Sensing.
Ensign Oil and Gas LLC intends to bring similar types of innovation in production to it's projects thereby enhancing cost savings and protection of the environment. Mr. Prescott and Dr. Zhang are co-inventors in several patented applications for the oil field.

Ensign Oil and Gas LLC (Ensign) of Houston, has advised that it’s Alliance Partner, P&I Energy LLC, has been approved as Federal Contractor status by the US Government in July 2018, and is now qualified to bid on US Government Contracts and receive grants.
Ensign Oil and Gas and P&I Energy will be working towards receiving a contract by the US Navy for a subsea self-contained sea bottom founded methane powered electrical generating power plant using methane from sea bottom methane hydrate seeps. Spare electrical energy will be battery stored.

Ensign Oil and Gas, LLC (Ensign) of Houston, has added a new Alliance Partner, Triad Technologies LLC of Houston, Texas. Founded by Tim Daigle, CEO and President, the company has developed a multi-phase flow meter that has applications in the Oil and Gas Industry as well as the Space Industry. A NASA licensed technology for both the energy and aerospace industries, this technology provides mass flow without separation, using no radioactive sources, having no affect on flow either in cryogenic flows or oil and gas flows. The company has a new affordable full bore multi-phase flow meter solution for oil and gas wells and rocket testing systems.

The United States Patent Office has awarded a US Patent 9,835,293 B2 to Prescott et al on December 5, 2017 for a unique innovation entitled "Systems and Methods for Processing Geothermal Liquid Natural Gas (LNG)". Clifford Neal Prescott, P&I Energy LLC Chairman and CEO is the co-inventor with Dr. Jianfeng (Jeff) Zhang, who is a technical adviser and an alliance partner with P&I Energy LLC with his company, Clearview Sensing. P&I Energy LLC intends to bring this type of innovation in production to it's projects thereby enhancing cost savings and protection of the environment. Mr. Prescott and Dr. Zhang are co-inventors in several patented applications for the oil field.
The process includes a closed-loop system that uses geothermal wells as a heat source. A warming fluid circulates through the closed-loop system coupled with a geothermal well and a LNG heat exchanger. The closed-loop system minimizing environmental impact by eliminating the need to discharge the warming fluid.
